About OSF Urgo

Learn how OSF Urgo is redefining the urgent care experience.

Patient Experience

Your OSF Urgo experience begins the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by a Care Guide who helps you through your visit from check-in to check-out. They will offer you a cup of coffee or a warm blanket to make you feel more comfortable.

The Care Guide will escort you to one of the five treatment suites where you are quickly cared for by an Advanced Practice Nurse. The Care Guide will then assist you in scheduling any needed follow-up appointments or make sure you have the supplies you need. From start to finish, the average visit is under 30 minutes.
