Effective February 19, 2024, all employer-based drug screens will move from OSF PromptCare in Princeton to the OSF Saint Clare lab located at 530 Park Ave. E. in Princeton.
The lab will offer extended hours to accommodate the increased volume of drug screens. Employer-based drug screens will be provided Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. After hours, post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug screens will still be available in the OSF Saint Clare Emergency Department.
Additionally, OSF HealthCare is implementing a procedural change in Princeton regarding employer-based drug screens. Effective immediately, the storage of paper chain of custody forms will no longer be maintained. Going forward, we kindly request that employees bring their paper chain of custody forms with them when visiting Princeton. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
