Chili-Lime Jicama

Simple and easy side dish, great for picnics and outdoor dining, great side dish to Southwestern-inspired dishes.

Serves: 1 cup


4 cups peeles jicama, cut into bite size strips or small slices

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 tsp chili powder


1. In a large bowl combine jicama, lime juice and chili powder.  Toss to coat.
