SmartMeals
With community health and wellness in mind, OSF HealthCare Saint James – John W. Albrecht Medical Center launched our SmartMeals program in October 2019. We are committed to meeting the evolving needs of our rural communities.
Locally, we provide SmartMeals and equip families with the awareness and education to buy their next affordable, nutrient rich food to prepare at home. Each SmartMeals package is free, feeds a family of four and includes a recipe card so they can easily recreate the healthy meal.
Due to the increasing need for SmartMeals, we hope to expand and provide at least 100 meals and education per month to local families. But we can’t do it alone. We need YOUR help!
