OSF Care-A-Van – Danville, Illinois
The OSF Care-A-Van is a friendly, mobile health center offering medical and general health services at little to no cost. We go to the places where people work, pray and play to make it easier for everyone to get the care they need, especially when visiting a doctor isn’t easy or if you're not sure where to begin with a health concern.
Bringing Better Health
The OSF Care-A-Van travels around Vermilion County to bring health care to residents where they are, including workplaces, schools and churches, to make sure transportation doesn't stop you from getting high-quality health care.

- Establish care with a pediatrician
- Free blood pressure checks
- Health coverage registration
- Health education
- School and sports physicals
- Sick visits (child or adult)

Who We Serve
Anyone can visit the OSF Care-A-Van and talk with our team about our services. Interpretation services are also available.
What to Expect
When you arrive at the OSF Care-A-Van, check in at the registration table and discuss any issues or help needed. No appointment is required. Our registration team can assist with finding primary or specialist care, registering for OSF MyChart, locating community resources and more.
For medical assistance, a registered nurse will assist you or your child privately in one of the van’s two exam rooms. Due to space restrictions, only one parent or support person may accompany a patient into the van exam room.
Please bring your insurance card and an identification card that has your name and date of birth. There is no fee, but your insurance will be billed. If you do not have insurance and need financial assistance, our team will guide you through the application process.

We’re excited to bring the OSF Care-A-Van to your organization and support the people you serve. Our mobile team is a community outreach service, and there is no fee to request our services at your workplace, school, food pantry, church or special event. We’re here to help improve health and wellness right where you are. However, individuals are charged for billable medical care, such as immunizations, school and sports physicals.
