OSF OnCall Digital Hospital – A program that offers hospital-level care at home using digital technology, virtual visits and in-person visits.
Advanced Care – A remote monitoring program for patients with two or more chronic conditions that can result in frequent hospitalization. It provides a mix of virtual and in-person support alongside advanced digital monitoring tools.
Pediatric respiratory monitoring – A program that offers 24/7 remote support for parents of children with a respiratory virus. This includes care team access by phone, text or virtual visit, plus a kit to monitor oxygen levels and temperature.
