My OSF Navigation Instructions
My OSF offers enhanced navigation features at select OSF HealthCare locations. MY OSF will get you there with driving directions, step-by-step navigation and interactive floor maps at your fingertips. After your appointment, navigate back to your parking spot all in the My OSF app.
My OSF must have Bluetooth and Location Permission turned on to use the navigation features.
How to use My OSF navigation:
- Download My OSF.
- Open the app and tap Locations in the bottom toolbar.
- Tap the All Locations dropdown menu at the top of the map. You can also use the map to zoom in on your preferred location.
- Select your OSF campus.
- After the building floor map loads, use the building and level icons in the top right corner to navigate. You can also search for a destination by name using the search bar in the middle of the page.
- Select the location and tap Let’s Go for step-by-step navigation.

- Find care that fits your schedule: Schedule an appointment, access virtual care or check real-time wait times for OSF OnCall Urgent Care and OSF PromptCare . All of this information in one place gives you the ability to choose the care that is most convenient for you and your family.
