You can set up, change and cancel appointments 24/7 on your computer, via mobile app – or during daily office hours on your phone.

OSF MyChart

As soon as you see an OSF HealthCare provider, you can create an OSF MyChart account to manage your appointments, access your medical records, refill prescriptions and so much more.

Log into OSF MyChart on your personal computer or use the OSF MyChart app on your cellphone, tablet or other mobile device.

Emergency Care

For a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.

Urgent Care

If you feel sick or suffer a non-life-threatening injury, an urgent care clinic can attend to your needs.

In Person

OSF PromptCare is a walk-in clinic designed to assess and treat sudden minor illnesses and injuries when your primary care provider is busy or unavailable. OSF OnCall Urgent Care accepts walk-in or scheduled visits.

Primary Care

Existing Patients

If you have a primary care provider with OSF HealthCare, you can set up your next appointment on MyChart or call the provider’s office to arrange an appointment convenient for you. Find your primary care provider’s office number in our online "Find a Doctor" tool.

New Patients

If you don’t have a primary care provider,  search our directory to find one close to you.

If you prefer, you can also make an appointment at an OSF OnCall Urgent Care clinic near you for school and sports physicals, non-emergent illness and injury, seasonal flu shots and more.

Specialty Care

Some specialties require referrals. You can check with the specialist’s office to see if a referral is required.

If you need a referral for specialty care, talk to your primary care provider.

You may also want to check with your health insurance to ensure the specialist is in your network and to learn insurance requirements to cover your visit.

Testing and Labs

Most outpatient tests and labs must be referred or ordered by your primary care provider.
