OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center offers many challenging and interesting volunteer opportunities available for individuals interested in working in patient care or non-patient care areas.
All programs offered through Volunteer Services require each volunteer and internship candidate to complete an application form, a health survey and submit health documentation, including proof of immunity against both Rubella and Rubeola (measles) and Chicken pox for those born after 1957.
Every volunteer applicant must have had a 2-step TB test completed within the previous three month period prior to the volunteer start date.
Volunteers will be placed only after having submitted all required health documentation and having completed an interview.
The Volunteer Services office is located at OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana, Illinois.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
