Our CAP-accredited clinical laboratory at OSF Holy Family Medical Center is a full-service facility that provides round the clock coverage every day of the year.

The Laboratory at OSF Holy Family Medical Center is an accredited laboratory meeting all standards of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act and the Illinois Department of Public Health. 

OSF Holy Family complies with all state and federal laws that regulate laboratory testing and billing.

We are dedicated to providing rapid access to precise and accurate laboratory data that assists in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of our patients.

All disciplines of the laboratory display a high level of competency, performing over 100,000 tests annually.

OSF Holy Family uses approved and credentialed reference laboratories for testing not done at OSF Holy Family.

Our friendly staff consists of certified medical technologists, technicians, phlebotomists and professional personnel.

We are proud to offer these highly trained professionals who have a collective experience of over 175 years to serve you.

Location

Patients can reach the OSF Holy Family Laboratory by entering the the Outpatient Entrance on the south side of the building. 

Patients should register at the Patient Access Registration desk as they enter the building or if closed patients can register at the Emergency Room Registration desk.
