OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center and the
Warren County YMCA
have partnered to bring you Be WELL – Women Enjoying Living and Learning., a year-long, weekly program that takes a holistic approach to your health.

The cost is $100 for 16 weeks, or $25 per month. This cost is prorated for anyone who joins during the four month period.

We want to keep you out of the hospital. That’s right. We want to see you happy and healthy. That’s why we partnered with the Warren County YMCA to create a program that emphasizes how to live a healthy lifestyle through fitness circuits, nutrition classes, grocery store tours and lifestyle changes.
Enjoy:
- Cooking demonstrations
- Disease prevention
- Guest speakers
- Relaxation and stress management tips
- Physical activities, such as dance, stretching, and martial arts
If you are a non-YMCA Member, You also get unlimited access to the Warren County YMCA every Monday through Friday, including all classes and the pool.
