Access your health records anytime

Beginning April 1, 2026, all new records and online services for OSF HealthCare Saint Katharine patients will be available through OSF MyChart.

What this means for you:

  • If you need access to health records from before March 31, 2026, you can still view them on the OSF Saint Katharine Patient Portal.
  • For any records after this date, please use OSF MyChart

OSF MyChart offers the same convenient tools you’re used to, including:

  • Access to your medical history and health records
  • Laboratory results and radiology reports
  • Immunization records
  • After Visit Summaries (AVS) and care instructions
  • Health education resources
  • Secure communication with your care team
  • Medication refill requests
