Ken Beutke - President

Ken BeutkeKen Beutke Ken Beutke has directed operations at OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center and Center for Health – Streator since 2015, where he ensures the organization continues to operate with clinical excellence and in a fiscally responsible manner to optimally fulfill the strategy of OSF HealthCare.  

Ken started with OSF HealthCare in 1995 as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at OSF Saint James – John W. Albrecht Medical Center.  Three years later, Ken was promoted to the Vice President of Organizational Development & Planning.  His administrative leadership areas of responsibility included Human Resources, Organizational Development & Education/Training, Strategic Planning, Marketing & Communications, Performance Improvement, Foundation/Development, Volunteer Services, Rehabilitation Services, Early Intervention & Developmental Therapy, Occupational Health and Wellness.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science degree and his Master of Science degree from Illinois State University, Normal, IL both in Speech-Language Pathology.  He also completed his Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration with academic honors from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, IL. 

Ken is married to Mary and they have three children, Kyle, Kirk and Megan.

Dawn Trompeter - Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Dawn TrompeterDawn Trompeter Dawn Trompeter is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa and OSF HealthCare Saint Paul Medical Center  in Mendota.  Dawn directs the financial operations of the medical centers in conjunction with the Mission of OSF HealthCare. 

Dawn has over 26 years of health care experience and has worked in various areas at OSF HealthCare including home care, behavioral health, accounts payable, office management, accounts receivable, managed care, financial planning and revenue cycle management.  Dawn began her current position in 2009. 

Dawn received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lewis University in January of 2000, and earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Care Management from Lewis University in August of 2003. 

Dawn has served on the Illinois River Area Chamber of Commerce where she was the Treasurer as well as on the Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley Board. 

Brian Rosborough, MD - Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Brian RosboroughDr. Brian Rosborough Brian S. Rosborough, MD has been serving as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center as well as Regional Director for OSF HealthCare Medical Group – I-80 Region since 2013.

In his position as CMO, Dr. Rosborough participates as an administrative officer of OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center. As Regional Director for OSF HealthCare Medical Group – I-80 Region, Dr. Rosborough manages the OSF employed physicians in the I-80 Region. He is responsible for the operational and financial performance of OSF HealthCare Medical Group’s assigned practices in the region.

Dr. Rosborough is no stranger to a leadership role – he has served at OSF HealthCare Medical Group - Ottawa as its Vice President of Medical Affairs since 2010. He previously served as its President from 2000 to 2010, and has experience both as an independent practitioner and as a physician in a group practice.

Dr. Rosborough graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College Of Medicine at Peoria, and completed his residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and belongs to the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Pat Torrico, RN - Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer

Pat Torrico, MSN, RN has been leading the overall direction and operations of the Nursing Division as the Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center since October of 2016. Previously, Pat had been serving in the interim role of Chief Nursing Office for OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center since June of 2014.

Pat develops vision and provides direction for clinical practice and patient care delivery, in addition to providing leadership for patient care services and nursing. Pat is responsible for developing nursing policy and procedure, standards of patient care and standards of nursing practice at OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center.

Pat has more than 27 years of experience leading successful health care delivery teams and providing nursing leadership at several successful health care organizations including; Inova Health System, Kaiser Permanente and Community Health Partners. Pat received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Southfield, Michigan.

Pat is married to Jerry and they have three adult children Janette, Jamie, and Jenny.

Don Damron - Vice President, Ambulatory Services

Don DamronDon Damron

Don Damron has been serving as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services for OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center since May of 2016.

Don oversees the development and operation of ambulatory services located at OSF HealthCare Center for Health - Streator, OSF HealthCare - Ottawa South, and OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center including: diagnostic imaging, laboratory, respiratory, sleep center, occupational health, wellness/fitness, rehabilitation and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation.

Don is a native to Ottawa and has had the opportunity to spend all of his professional career serving Ottawa, Streator and the surrounding areas.  

Don joined OSF HealthCare in January of 2016 as the Manager of Rehabilitation, Occupational Health and Wellness Services. Prior to that, he served as Director of Ambulatory Services at St. Mary’s Hospital - Streator. Before entering a career in health care leadership, Don was a physical therapist, partner, and director at Newsome and Damron Physical Therapy Center.

Don’s passion is driven around the sense of community and well-being with a focus on optimizing the delivery of health care services and addressing the social determinants of health in the rural setting. His professional mission statement is, "To serve with integrity, passion, and energy while appreciating individual differences, welcoming change, and challenging the status quo."

Don attended Ottawa Township High School and Illinois Valley Community College and earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana and his Master of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University.  He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
