The goal of our injury prevention programs is to serve as the leaders and experts in childhood safety and injury prevention for Central Illinois. We provide you with simple tips and tools to reduce injury risks and promote health and activity.
Unintentional injuries are the leading cause of death among children. Our injury prevention programs teach your family how to avoid common accidents. By learning simple safety steps, you can protect your children and keep them healthy and active.
Our injury prevention team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and staff is trained to help you avoid common injuries suffered by children.
The Injury Prevention Programs provide education and annual activities to build awareness of and support for children's safety issues throughout the community. Our staff and committee offer a range of programs and events that positively impact the well-being of children in your community.
