HMR® Program for Weight Management
The OSF Weight Management Center partners with Health Management Resources (HMR®), a clinically proven, national program for people who are ready to lose a lot of weight and willing to make the lifestyle changes necessary for long-term success. The program includes:
- Comprehensive meal plan
- Skill development to establish new routines
- In-person and digital coaching and support
- Transition to a long-term plan
HMR® has been helping people lose weight for over 30 years, offering a variety of diet options appropriate for anyone wanting to lose 10 to 200 or more pounds. All clinic programs include weekly classes with individual coaching and ongoing maintenance support.
If your schedule will not allow you to attend meetings on site, we will give you everything you need to begin losing weight at home. All program options use HMR® meal replacement shakes, entrees, soup, multigrain cereal, and snack bars which will keep you full while you lose weight.
HMR® Program Options
Healthy Solutions®: This plan includes HMR® shakes and meals, 5 full cups of fruits and vegetables, 64 ounces of water, and physical activity. The average weight loss is 35-40 pounds, however many people lose more. You will meet with our team every 6-8 weeks to check in, and may choose to attend weekly classes as well.
HMR at Home®: If your schedule doesn't allow you to attend on-site classes, you may use the Healthy Solutions meal plan on your own at home. You may also follow up with our team, by appointment, for extra support and accountability.
