In Memory of, In Honor and Living Tributes
Together with OSF HealthCare, you can help leave a lasting legacy. With the purchase of an engraved brick, tree, garden box or plant to support the Gardens of Hope, you not only memorialize your loved one, but you help serve our community. The fruit, vegetables and herbs produced in the gardens will be given to community members in need.
Your contributions are making a difference in the community.

The OSF Faith Community Nursing program is a unique partnership between two healing entities – our hospitals and the faith community. Faith Community nurses partner with clergy and health care organizations to advocate for the health and well-being of church congregations. The program focuses on preventative health care, showing members how to lead healthier lives through education, screenings and referrals to community resources.
