As an OSF patient and/or OSF MyChart user, you may receive notifications for appointments, test results and more. Whether you choose to receive alerts by email, text message or both, you can manage settings through your communication preferences or through your personal, mobile device.
Text messages related to your OSF MyChart account (or that of a friend or family member if you have proxy access) will be sent from 90373.
