Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

The BSN-DNP option for Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is a 65 credit hour course of study. 

This option is designed to prepare the graduate to care for individuals across the lifespan with mental health care needs and practice in a variety of settings such as clinics, human service centers, prompt care facilities, and physician practices. The graduate will be prepared for leadership roles.

Upon successful completion of this degree option, the graduate may take the national certification examination and apply for advanced practice licensure in his/her state.
