OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center offers the most advanced technology and expert technologists to care for you and your family.

Our staff is there for you to answer any questions you may have and are highly trained on our technology.

We also offer a full array of diagnostic services to serve our patients and assist the physicians in their assessments.

Technologies include 64-slice CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, radiology (X-ray), nuclear medicine, bone densitometry, heart scans, 3D  digital mammography and minimally-invasive breast biopsies.

Women's Health Center

Our Women's Health Center houses many diagnostic services, including breast diagnostics.

Using the Mammotome system, stereotactic, and ultrasound-guided biopsies can be done the same day with only local anesthesia.

Laboratory Services

Location on the first floor of the hospital, the lab at OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center provides 24/7, 365 days a week state-of-the-art lab services for inpatients, outpatients, local physicians and extended care facilities. 

The lab performs more than 200-thousand stat and routine tests annually, including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Blood Bank, and limited Microbiology and Histology.

Our lab is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and undergoes biannual inspections.

Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center is our blood supplier, and we transfuse more than 1,500 red cell units a year.
