OSF St. Joseph partnered with Four Seasons Health Club to create Fit Together, a program for OSF HealthCare patients who are 65 years or older. The Fit Together program helps patients build healthier lifestyles, improve overall health and well-being, and increase fitness levels through physical activity at a discounted membership rate.

Healthy employees are an important part of a successful business. The Center for Healthy Lifestyles is dedicated to offering preventive health programs and screening services to our local business community. Our team of physicians, nurses, exercise physiologists, dietitians and health educators can present quality information that educates and encourages your employees to live a healthy lifestyle. These services can be offered at your workplace or at the Center for Healthy Lifestyles.
The Center for Healthy Lifestyles provides dozens of screenings, programs and classes to our community. With classes designed for audiences ranging from kids to those wanting to get their CPR certification renewed, there is bound to be something exciting for everyone.

Screenings and Assessments
The Center for Healthy Lifestyles offers a number of health screenings to help keep you in the know. Screenings can be scheduled for corporate events, or individual appointments can be made during our in-office screening dates.
- Cholesterol/blood glucose tests
- Peripheral artery disease (PAD) screening
- Blood pressure screenings
- Personal wellness profile or health risk assessments
- Bone density heel screening
- Health assessments (body composition analysis, body mass index, waist-hip ratio)
- Body Composition Screening – BIA
Your appointment will take approximately 15 minutes, which will entail paperwork, collecting payment, and the blood work.
Bone Density Screening (For Women Only)
Your appointment will take approximately 15 minutes which will include taking your sock and shoe off, screening the foot area, and providing education based on your results.
Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Screening
Your appointment will take approximately 20 minutes. You will be asked to remove your socks and shoes and lay down. We will check blood pressures in your arms and legs, and provide you with results and education for best outcomes.
It is recommended to NOT eat or drink for 10-12 hours prior to a blood work appointment. However, plain water is encouraged.
