Mission Partner COVID-19 Testing Options
Return-to-Work COVID-19 Antigen Testing
This is testing for return-to-work ONLY, and only AFTER a Mission Partner previously tested positive for COVID-19.
Do NOT use the below scheduling link for initial symptomatic diagnosis.
As a Mission Partner, you are accessing scheduling and services delivered through OSF HealthCare.
By scheduling an appointment for antigen testing for return-to-work, you are agreeing to be seen as a patient.
Symptomatic COVID-19 Testing
If you are a Mission Partner experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and require a test, you can schedule a drive-thru or walk-in appointment at an OSF HealthCare location or at a community testing site.
By scheduling an appointment for a COVID-19 test provided through OSF HealthCare, you are agreeing to be seen as a patient.
