AJ Querciagrossa has served as President and CEO of OSF Home Care Services since 2011. He began his career with OSF HealthCare in 1995 and joined the OSF Home Care Services team two years later, serving in a number of positions, including interim CEO.

AJ and his team are responsible for Medicare-certified home health and hospice, as well as home infusion pharmacy, home medical equipment, personal response systems, physician house calls and a diabetes supply program.

AJ has a bachelor's degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy and a master’s degree in management and an MBA from the University of St. Francis in Joliet.

 

 

Bentler-Lampe, Lois.jpg Lois Bentler-Lampe, Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations


Lois Bentler-Lampe joined OSF Home Care Services as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Vice President of Clinical Operations in January 2014. Lois has been with OSF HealthCare for more than 20 years and served in many roles, including interim Ministry CNO and System Director of Nursing Education.

As CNO for OSF Home Care Services, Lois is responsible for clinical oversight of the home health, hospice, home medical equipment and home infusion pharmacy programs in all regions.

J.J. Guedet was named Vice President of Business Development and Strategy in November 2013. In this role, he helps the CEO develop tactics to turn a vision into success. J.J. oversees strategy development and business development for the entire OSF Home Care Services division. He also oversees home medical equipment and is responsible for the operational oversight of the OSF Preferred Skilled Nursing Facility Network.

He has a bachelor's degree from Taylor University in Upland, Ind., and has worked in the construction/mining equipment, defense and insurance fields.  

 

 

Jim Hagemann.jpg Jim Hagemann, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

 

Jim Hagemann has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OSF Home Care Services since 2014. Before taking on his current role, he served as interim CFO and Director of Finance and Accounting for the division.

Jim earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also worked in the insurance and engineering industries.

Medical Director of OSF Hospice and the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home
 

Dr. Olsson trained at The Chicago Medical School/University of Health Sciences of Rosalind Franklin University, completed his residency in internal medicine at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, and his nephrology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

He practiced nephrology for 33 years, and in the last few years also achieved board certification in hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Olsson is board-certified in internal medicine, nephrology and hospice and palliative care and in 2014 was granted the Hospice Medical Director Certified credential by the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board. In 2015, he was elevated to the status of Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (FAAHPM), an honor bestowed on only 315 other physicians at that time.

 

 

Donna Medina.jpg Donna Medina, Director of Hospice Services


Donna Medina has been with OSF Home Care Services for 11 years and oversees hospice services, which includes home hospice and the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home. She also works closely with OSF Healthcare Foundation for donations and fundraising.  

Donna has a master’s degree in health education and health administration and is a certified Hospice Administrator.

Donna serves on the board of directors for the Supportive Care Coalition, is president of the board of directors for the Greater Illinois Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition, and serves on the National Education committee for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

 

 

Stacy Ragogna.jpg Stacy Ragogna, Director of Home Health
 

Stacy Ragogna has served as Director of Home Health since 2013. She has more than 20 years of experience in home health, starting out as a nurse in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has also worked in OSF HealthCare's IT department to successfully integrate OSF Home Health's medical record system with that of OSF HealthCare.

Stacy has a Diploma of Nursing from Methodist School of Nursing and bachelor's degree from University of Saint Francis.
