At OSF St. Francis, we want to help you make a successful transition into parenthood.
Our nursing staff is there to address concerns you might have about caring for yourself and your baby to help you feel prepared for discharge.
Our Certified Lactation Consultants can help coordinate breastfeeding during your stay and after you return home. Breastfeeding is a wonderful way to help your baby transition from womb to world after delivery. This reinforces the bond between the two of you.
