One-on-One Counseling

If you are unable to attend group classes, you can meet with our team by appointment. During your visits, you will see the nurse, provider (either advanced practice nurse or physician), dietitian, and exercise physiologists.

We will help you set up an action plan to meet your health goals. Visits will be scheduled every 4-8 weeks.
